Using this website
These terms cover www.pentagon-x.com, cadence.pentagon-x.com and assetiq.pentagon-x.com, all run by Pentagon X, a technology vertical of Pentagon Information Technology. By using either site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site — including our insights, solution pages and worked examples — is general information about how we work. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your organisation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such. Examples labelled as illustrative are constructed to explain an idea; they are not client results.
The AI Readiness Assessment
The AI Readiness Assessment is a self-assessment. Its score is indicative only: it reflects the answers you give, not an independent review of your organisation.
Products
Pages describing our products, such as Cadence and AssetIQ, explain what they do. Access to any product is agreed separately with Pentagon X; nothing on this site is an offer to supply it.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and logos on this site belong to Pentagon X or Pentagon Information Technology, or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Your privacy
How we handle information you send us is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
