Pentagon X is built by a small, highly technical team led by a founder with a Computer Science Engineering background and an MBA focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.
The people who scope the work are the people who build it. There is no handover between a strategy team and a delivery team, because there is no gap between them — which is the main reason our cycles are short and our estimates hold.
We are not restricted to our current technical surface. Where there is clear commercial demand, Pentagon X learns and adopts the technology required. What we will not do is claim depth we have not yet earned.
As the company grows, the operating principle stays the same: the smallest capable team, close to the problem, accountable for the system in production.
