Who we are
This website is run by Pentagon X, a technology vertical of Pentagon Information Technology. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Pentagon X. Our offices are listed on the contact page.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, company, role, work email, company size, industry, what you want to improve, your organisation’s stage with AI, and anything you write in the free-text box.
When you request your AI Readiness Assessment results, we receive your name, company and email, together with your answers to the assessment and the score it produced.
When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies where consent is required, Google Analytics and Google Ads receive information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location and device type. See Cookies below.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, to run and secure the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or send your assessment results, and to follow up on that conversation.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure whether our advertising works, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Google provides Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, which run only in line with your cookie choice.
These providers may process data outside the country you are in.
Cookies
The site itself works without cookies. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure visits and advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these stay off until you choose Accept; you can choose Reject instead, and the site works the same either way.
Your choice is stored in your browser so we don’t ask on every visit. You can change it at any time: .
We also store two small preferences in your browser that are not used for tracking: your cookie choice, and whether you have already seen the opening animation in this session.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
